　　2Sprinkler drivers must hold the "People's Republic of China Motor Vehicle Driving License", as well as the mining company issued a "job certificate", while wearing good labor protection supplies as required。
　　3Based on their own work, learn technology, practice skills, and give full play to subjective initiative;Familiar with equipment performance, close cooperation, do“三懂”(Principle, performance, structure)，“四会”(Use, maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting)。
    　Article 2 Operation requirement
　　Before the sprinkler operation, the engine must be checked in accordance with the procedures and requirements specified in the diesel engine safety technical operating regulations, and the daily maintenance and maintenance work of the sprinkler must be done:
　　1On the basis of the daily inspection items before the shift, the sprinkler driver must observe whether there are obstacles and personnel before, after, left and right of the equipment, and confirm the safety before starting the engine (sound a long horn before starting the engine, sound two short horns before starting the car, sound three horns when reversing)。
　　2In the cold car to check the engine oil, the oil level must be in the middle of the oil gauge, can not be lower than the line。Check engine coolant, its level should not be lower than the water inlet50mm以下。When the hot car checks the coolant level, the pressure of the water tank must be released to prevent steam injury。Check the fuel tank level, check the dust indicator, check the monitoring system, and discharge the water and sediment from the water separator of the fuel tank。
　　3Before the engine starts, all the operating handles must be placed in the middle position, and check whether the instrument is in good condition and whether the battery voltage is normal。
　　4, place the parking brake lever in“ON ”(施加 )位置；

    　Article 3 Engine winter start precautions
　　1When the engine used by the sprinkler is started in winter, in addition to this procedure, it should be started by referring to the steps related to the equipment operation manual。First of all, the engine should be preheated by various preheating methods(Such as engine oil preheating, antifreeze preheating, fuel preheating, etc.), cold start in winter should follow the command of engineering technicians, and the driver has no right to cold start the engine without authorization。
　　2In addition to the auxiliary preheating method, the starting preheating device must be used for preheating1~3min。

    　Article 4 Start the engine

 　   Article 5 Check the sprinkler before starting operation

　　5Check the transmission oil pressure;
　　6After the oil rises to the operating temperature, check whether the transmission oil level is reaching its position;

　　8Check the alarm light, and the phenomenon of shining and air pressure alarm buzzer before the sprinkler starts;
　　9Discharge the water in the spray, in-line air filter and gas storage tank;
　　10Check the oil level in the hydraulic tank;
　　11Check the air filter indicator。
    　Article 6 The sprinkler started to run
　　1Ensure that all personnel, equipment and other obstacles are in a safe position。The sprinkler should sound the horn twice before moving forward, the reversing should sound the horn three times, and the side position instrument should be used when reversing;
　　2Push the gearbox gear selector handle to the appropriate position;
　　3Release the parking brake;
　　4Step on the accelerator lightly and start smoothly;
　　5Increase the speed and check the operation of the working brake and power reduction system。
 　   Article 7 Several situations to stop immediately
　　1The engine temperature exceeds the permissible range;
　　2The engine oil pressure is higher or lower than the allowable range;
　　3Hydraulic retarder system failure;
　　4The function of the working brake is not right;
　　5, air pressure loss, or lower than the air pressure alarm buzzer;
　　6Unusual noise or drifting unstable system action;
　　7The engine does not respond as required by the operator。
　　Article 8 Stop the sprinkler
　　1When the sprinkler stops, the sprinkler must be completely stopped and the gearbox must be switched to“N”(中档), apply the parking brake;
　　2In view of the heat generated inside the engine during operation, it is necessary to slowly cool it down so as not to damage the engine and turbocharger, and let it idling for three to five minutes before turning off the sprinkler engine。This allows the lubricating oil and cooling system to remove the heat from the combustion chamber, protecting the engine from serious damage to bearings, crankshafts and oil seals;
　　3Turn off other electrical appliances that are not in use。

　　1After the sprinkler adds water, the load is floating for the liquid center of gravity, and the speed is limited in35Km/h以内;

　　6During the road sprinkler operation, when a car is found in the rear mirror to wash the windshield closely behind it, the front shall not decelerate sharply without special circumstances, and the double flashing lights shall be applied to indicate the driving distance of the rear car。
　　7In the case of no heating storage in winter, the tank and pipes and valves can be stopped only after the discharge of clean water, to prevent freezing damage to the sprinkler pump and pipeline system, and if necessary, use the blowtorch to drain water while roasting。
 　　Article ten Sprinkler transfer and accept task requirements
　　1When the sprinkler driver transfers the shift, it is necessary to carefully hand over the status of the equipment, especially the existing problems and the completion of the task of the class as well as the instructions and precautions of the superior, and the replacement driver memorizes the content of the "Safety Disclosure Book"。
　　2When handing over, the sprinkler driver should jointly check the routine maintenance project and the project before starting(Inspection of fuel oil, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, transmission oil, water or antifreeze)。
　　3It is necessary to hand over the equipment and tools of the vehicle in person, and carefully pay attention to the changes in the road shape of the highway, mining line, and waste dump, and the safety precautions in driving。
 
　　4The driver should check the following work when picking up the car:
